The Empty Chair at Number Nine

A chair in a locked dining room was found pulled back from the table every morning.

The occupants of Number Nine repeatedly found one dining chair standing away from the table each morning. They eventually placed flour across the floor overnight. In the morning, the chair had moved again, but the flour showed no footprints. The family left the house shortly afterwards.
